1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoFlow is an Automation-as-a-Service (AaaS) platform that helps small and medium enterprises streamline their operations by automating manual tasks and workflows through custom-built solutions. The Service is operated by Hakeem Alnoaimi, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@autoflow.io of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. AutoFlow reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AutoFlow are owned by Hakeem Alnoaimi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bahrain.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
